There are two ways to reach at 'Triund Valley', one from Bhagsunath Waterfall(Never try this route), the other one is from 'Dharamkot' which is around 2.5 km from McloadGanj(5 hour trekking)...
You need full day to reach there and to came back, other option is one can hire sleeping tent at the Valley and can spend night there...
